The report-card workflow uses the school’s academic year, term, class, student and subject information to produce a report that belongs to that school. The report can include the school logo and document colour together with the learner’s academic information and approved subject results.
- Show configured subjects even when a particular mark is not yet available.
- Display coursework and end-of-term or configured assessment components where applicable.

A useful report is more than a marks table. E-Learners UG supports class-teacher and head-teacher comments together with co-curricular information such as games, clubs or projects where the school records them. The report can also carry learner identifiers and fee balance information configured for the selected term.
